A community initiative built on a simple belief: the future lies in sustainable agriculture, shared living, and meaningful cooperation.
European Sudanese Reef — innovation in the way we live.
The idea came about when a group of friends decided to live together in Sudan as a unique, productive, modern and ideal community. They chose farming and farm living, found a place in North Sudan, and started the project.
Agriculture and farming are the future of Sudan. The whole world is searching for food and water — and Sudan has both in abundance. We wanted to bring our friendship back home and turn it into an ideal community.
Our plan is practical and long-term: we start with production, then reinvest the profit into small farm houses, infrastructure and facilities built to a high standard. Together we are stronger, and together we can do better.
We've gathered people from different walks of life — professionals in agriculture, engineering, business and beyond — all united by one goal: making the dream come true.

هي مبادرة مجتمعية تنطلق من إيمان بسيط: أن المستقبل يكمن في الزراعة المستدامة، والعيش المشترك، والتعاون الهادف.
بدأت الفكرة عندما قررت مجموعة من الأصدقاء العودة إلى شمال السودان لبناء نموذج مختلف — مجتمع زراعي متكامل يجمع بين المعايير الحديثة ونمط الحياة المرتبط بالأرض.
يقع المشروع في شمال السودان، ويركّز على الإنتاج الزراعي كأساس له. يمتلك السودان موارد طبيعية هائلة، خاصة الأراضي الخصبة وتوفّر المياه، مما يجعله في موقع فريد للمساهمة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي العالمي.
نهجنا عملي وطويل المدى:
- البدء بـ الإنتاج الزراعي
- إعادة استثمار الأرباح في البنية التحتية والإسكان
- تطوير منازل زراعية حديثة ومرافق مشتركة

الريف الأوروبي السوداني للإنتاج الزراعي والحيواني
تعريفات
- الشركة: يُقصد بها شركة الريف الأوروبي السوداني للإنتاج الزراعي والحيواني (بعد اكتمال التسجيل).
- الإدارة: يُقصد بها الإدارة التنفيذية لتسيير مهام الشركة.
- اللائحة: يُقصد بها لائحة تنظيم العمل التنفيذي للشركة.
اختصاص المكتب الإداري
- الإشراف العام على جميع الإدارات.
- اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية التي تخص الشركة.
- تمثيل الشركة أمام الجهات الرسمية.
- حفظ مستندات الشركة ومستندات المساهمين.
- الدعوة للاجتماع وإدارتها، وتحديد أجندة الاجتماع، وحفظ محاضره.
الإدارة القانونية
- تقديم الاستشارات القانونية وإدارة الملفات القانونية.
- صياغة العقود القانونية (العملاء والشركات) وحماية الشركة وضمان التزامها بالأنظمة القانونية.
- تقديم المشورة القانونية للإدارة قبل اتخاذ القرارات.
- حماية الملكية الفكرية للشركة (العلامة التجارية ومنع التعدّي عليها).
- التعامل مع الشكاوى القانونية وحل النزاعات مع العملاء، وتقييم المخاطر القانونية للمشاريع وحفظ ملفاتها.

- إدارة المصروفات والإيرادات.
- إعداد التقارير المالية وحفظ الملفات المالية.
الإدارة الإعلامية
- كتابة الأخبار وإعداد المنشورات التسويقية.
- متابعة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ونشر المحتوى بشكل منتظم.
- إنتاج محتوى بسيط مثل الصور والفيديوهات القصيرة.
- الإشراف على الموقع الإلكتروني والرد على تعليقات المتابعين.
- تغطية فعاليات الشركة وتنظيمها والمشاركة فيها.
- إصدار البيانات الصحفية والرد على أي مشكلة تؤثر على سمعة الشركة.
إدارة التسويق والاستثمار
- إعداد الخطط التسويقية.
- دراسة السوق وإدارة استثمارات الشركة.
الإدارة الهندسية
- القيام بالأعمال الهندسية التي تخص الشركة.
- وضع الخطط الهندسية وتنفيذ المشاريع الهندسية.
أحكام عامة
- يحق للإدارة تعديل مشروع اللائحة المقترحة عند الحاجة.
- تُتخذ القرارات في مجلس الإدارة بموافقة الأغلبية.
